Here comes the twist where Diya's enemies inject a virus in to Lingesh's body. Rest of the story is what happens the rest forms the crux...

Performances :-

Vikram has once again transformed in to the roles and given his impressive performance. He carried entire film on his shoulder. Vikram as Lingeshan is simply superb.

Amy Jackson does a decent performance and a meaty role to say. She is perfectly suited to the role of Diya and gave good on-screen chemistry with Vikram.

Suresh Gopi, Upen Patel, Santhanam are good in their characters. Other are just Ok.

Technical Analysis :-

A Technically applauded film. Music and BGM by AR Rehman elevated the scenes and cinematography by PC Sreeram is top-notch. The prosthetics and make up are brilliant in their work. Dubbing too is good and screenplay is just minus on a whole. Production values are rich.

Analysis :-

First half of I opens up with interesting tale of Vikram running from the parking slot and makes the to stick to the seats. Vikram has performed the role as a challenging and his effort is clearly visible in this half. Interval scenes are bit dragging.

Second half picks up with just below par scenes and its tests the patience of the audience with the predictable scenes. Screenplay isn't written well which makes the love story an boring part. Songs play spoilsport in this half.

ZC Take :-

I - A Week Script Love Story....

Zustcinema I Rating :- 3 / 5
