Story

Story starts of on Janaki Ram (Venkat Rahul) an honest government servant working in GHMC. He stands on the guidelines given by his father (Naga Babu) and this leads him to suffer many problems. Local on Mysa (Sathru) lock horns with Janaki Ram on a land issue. Janaki Ram’s superior officer (Tanikella Bharani) warns him about Mysa but his attitude brings rift between him and his girl friend Chaitra (Anisha). Rest of the story is How Janaki Ram overcomes the struggle forms the crux.

Performances

Venkat Rahul, couldn't himself engage to the character which easily showcased in his expressions.  If Rahul wants o go a long way, he needs to work out on his performance skills and even his body.

Anisha is decent in her limited role and by performance wise she is Ok. Naga Babu and Tanikella Bharani are effective, Shatru is impressive and others are good in their roles.

Technical Analysis

Shravan's musical scores are the biggest asset of the film and the songs like Kadal Prema are instant hits. Background score is effective. Sujith Sarang's cinematography should be applauded. Daya's debutant direction is not up to the mark.  Editing, Dialogues and screenplay are not impressive. Production values are rich.

Analysis

Alias Janaki story takes a routine start up of hero's introduction and runs  in slow pace. Few scenes are tossed out of logical sense.  The plot of the film is interesting but the narration and screenplay played spoilsport. The lead actor is couldn't give an effective performance. Love scenes are not engaging and so are the emotional scenes.

Alias Janaki gives ample reasons to give a skip!!! Stay Away
