The Play Goes Off Like :

(Rana) as B.Tech Babu is making plans
to go US in the time of getting formalities completed, he comes to know that his grand father Subrahmanyam (Kota Srinivasa Rao) a famous theater artist in Surabhi group from times, wants him to be a theatre artist which upsets Babu.Finally Subrahmanyam asks B.Tech Babu to play a last drama Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum at Bellary Natakotsavam.Before that Subrahmanyam passes away.

Now,B.Tech Babu depresses and does the last wish of his grandfather by playing the Abhimanyu role in the drama.Moving to Bellary he falls for Devika (Nayanatara) who is a documentary filmmaker busy in brining out the illegal mining mafia of Reddappa (Milind Gunaaji).How B.Tech Babu fullfills the news responsibilities ? Whether he wins Devika or not forms rest of the story...

Performances

Rana,has polished well and does best performances in the recent times.His way of dialogues delivery and diction for dramatic play were really good.It can be said that B.Tech Babu in KVJ is the best performed role by Rana which is applausable.

Nayanatara as Devika was good come back with performance oriented role.Dubbing for her role was neat.She looks much sensious in song.

Kota Srinivasa Rao,Posani Krishna Murali,LB.Sriram,Raghu Babu played crucial roles at their best.Rampam by Brahmanandam was fine.Venkatesh and Sameera Reddy's cameo song was highly energetic.

Technical Analysis

Special to say Mani Sharma's background score was really awesome in hightoned emotional scenes and bloodflooded action sequences.Cinematography by Gnanasekhar bought out true colors which is rich on silverscreen.Sai Madhav Burra dialogues are excellent.Editing was good to the runtime.Production values are not up to the mark.

Analysis

The first half of KVJ has picked up with slow pace as they have drama scene played.Krish to be commendable for picking up such a script and playing best screenplay for it with good narration.First half moves slowly with narration and beautiful love track between Rana and Nayanatara.Interval scenes are well executed.

Second half picks the real message of the story and goes with Rana's revenge anger and background score is worth mentionable for emotional scenes.Dialouges are big plus for such a narrative story.Krish has maken a mistake for miss placing songs which are irretable. Second twist and the climax scenes will provide a message which were picturised well.

Entertaining film with a message.
