Harish Shankar is helming megaphone for the next film of Varun Tej and it has been titled as Valmiki. Pooja Hegde will be the female lead in this cinema. This is second time lead pair are teaming up after Mukunda.
In the recent times there rumors milling that filmmakers
are paying hefty remuneration to Pooja Hegde to essay her character in Valmiki. However Director Harish Shankar has cleared the air stating that 2 Crore's hasn't been asked by Pooja Hegde and the news is completely false.

I feel responsible to give clarity on these two things
1) The remuneration thing about @hegdepooja is not true
2) As you all know, I love to direct Power Star the news about recent meeting is also
not true .
