Vinayak to direct Chiranjeevi in Kaththi remake?

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film has been in news over the years, and we have heard lot of speculations including Puri Jagannadh being roped in as director, and later moving out of project, since the Mega Star didn’t much like the script.

The latest news we hear is that VV Vinayak
is onboard for the director’s role as speculated earlier, and Chiranjeevi has decided to do the Tamil super hit Kaththi in Telugu. The original version had Ilayathalapathy Vijay in dual roles and Samantha as lead lady.

The pre-production works of the movie are at rapid-pace and if the buzz is to be believed, actor Ram Charan Teja has bought the remake rights of the film for a very good price, and he is set to turn producer with the movie launching a new banner.

The Kaththi Telugu remake will be launched in November, and the shoot schedules will follow. Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi has done a brief cameo in Ram Charan’s upcoming Telugu film 'Bruce Lee- The Fighter'
