Meanwhile local goon Singanna(Mukesh Tiwari) wants to keep an end to Satyaraj (police officer) but his mark changes to Vasu's family. Rest of the story is about how Vasu keep an end to the plans of Singanna forms the crux.

Performance :-

Vishal once again proved that he delivers best performance in such action entertainer. He plays his character with ease. Vishal is good in emotion and action scenes.

Shruthi Hassan has a decent character as Divya and does a best on-screen chemistry with Vishal. She does her part of glamorous part and sizzles in couple of songs.

Radhika, Satyaraj, Mukesh Tiwari and others are good in their roles.

Technical Analysis:-

Yuvan Shankar Raja's BGM is biggest asset for this action entertainer and the songs are good to see on big screens. Priyan cinematography is ok and editing is crisp. Hari doesn't show any freshness in the story. Dubbing is pale.

Analysis:-

First half of Pooja opens with entry of Vishal and packed up with necessary commericial elements like comedy, romance and family scenes. Soori is entertaining in this half with his witty dialogues. This half runs with a good pace and stick the audience to the seats. Interval bang is predictable.

Second half has nothing to show new to the audience as the story is predictable which has no unique concept. This half runs with loads of action scenes and some interesting twists revealed slowly with no entertaining elements. Climax ended as usual.

ZC Take :-

A predictable entertaining commericial mass film - Pooja

Zustcinema Pooja Rating :- 2.75 / 5
