Currently Director Harish Shankar is busy in making developments to Gabbar Singh script and making neccesary changes which will be suitable to the flavour of telugu audiences.Kajal Agarwal is roped in to play the female lead actress role opposite to Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh Movie.

The filmmakers are in plans to release Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh Movie on 12th January, 2012 as Pongal feast.
